After a comprehensive course of assessments and inspectors, Mirus IT Solutions has officially been recognised as an Investor in People.

High Level Management Consultancy from IBP
A new diploma in management consultancy, equivalent to the first year of a Masters degree, has been developed following a UK wide project to develop occupational standards for Management and Business Consultancy.
An IBP consultant has become the first in the country to achieve the new diploma.
"The new standards are demanding and reflect the high level of competence required to ensure businesses of all sizes and sectors are provided with the support they need to develop their growth potential."

Propellernet Shapes up to Win Award
A Brighton-based business, which specialises in search marketing and social media for the retail and travel sectors, has been presented with an award for the dedicated way it cares about the wellbeing of its employees.
Propellernet was awarded the Health and Wellbeing Good Practice Award, which follows the same formula as the Investors in People Standard, for the measures it has put in place to help to, among other things, improve morale, motivation, job satisfaction and reduce anxiety and stress for its employees.

Broadgate Mainland Achieves Bronze Award
...in first ever Investors in People Assessment.
In its first ever IIP assessment Broadgate Mainland exceeded the requirements of the core IIP standard and was awarded the prestigious Bronze standard. Of the 21,000 organisations recognised by IIP, just 9.5 per cent are awarded a bronze, silver or gold award.

IBP Launches Service to Improve Health of UK Employees
A service to help employees of small and medium sized organisations in the UK to become healthier and therefore more productive, has been launched this month by Inspiring Business Performance (IBP), in partnership with vielife.
The online, interactive service enables employees to measure and monitor their sleep, nutrition, stress and physical activity levels.

We do all the hard work and work with you to achieve the highest possible return rate and quality of responses, and analyse and interpret the results. IBP Offers 'Golden Tickets' for Referrals
IBP clients introducing new organisations that go on to commit to working with the Investors in People Standard (in the South of England) with our support will now receive a Golden Ticket. Golden Tickets are worth £250 + VAT and can be used to benefit the client organisation itself or can alternatively be donated to the organisation introduced or a local worthy cause or charity.
Healthy Outlook for Motiv8 South
Youth charity Motiv8 South Ltd has seen very literal results since implementing Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice initiatives – with staff sickness falling year-on-year.
The Portsmouth-based charity, which engages with and supports 11-25 year olds, had also seen higher feedback scores in employee questionnaires after adopting Investors in People (IIP) Health and Wellbeing Good Practice procedures.
Shepherds Bush Housing Group Becomes Champion
Shepherds Bush Housing Group has become one of only a handful of housing associations nationwide to secure Investors in People Champion status.
The Group, which owns and manages more than 5,000 homes across west London and has also achieved the Investors in People (IIP) Gold accreditation, is one of just eight associations to gain the Champion title that will see it offer support to other organisations undertaking the IIP journey.
YOU Celebrates After Securing IIP Status
An innovative charity is celebrating after securing Investors in People Gold and Champion status.
YOU, which provides essential support, care and advice to vulnerable people in Hampshire and Dorset, has also become an Investors in People Champion, and will now guide other organisations through the Investors in People (IIP) process.
